Apple-Cinnamon Bliss Balls – The Perfect Autumn Snack

  1. Soak the dried apple rings in warm water for about 10 minutes until they soften. Then drain them thoroughly.
  2. Place the soaked apple rings, oats, walnuts, cinnamon, and optional maple syrup in a blender or food processor. Blend everything until it forms a sticky dough. If the mixture is too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of water to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 2–3 cm in diameter) and place them on a plate or parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the Bliss Balls for about 30 minutes to help them firm up and hold their shape.
  5. The Apple-Cinnamon Bliss Balls are now ready to eat! Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week
