Sugar-Free Oat Cookies – Crispy, Healthy & Easy to Make

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F, top and bottom heat) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. If your dates are not soft and sticky, soak them in warm water for about 15 minutes, then drain and chop them.
  3. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Add the chopped dates and mix well.
  4. Stir in the oats, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. If using nuts or raisins, fold them into the mixture.
  5. Form small cookies with your hands and place them on the prepared baking tray. Gently flatten them to achieve the desired shape.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
