    Hey smoothie lovers! Today, I have a special recipe for you that will not only delight your taste buds but also boost your health – a Beet Smoothie. Ever tried vegetables in a smoothie? If not, it’s high time!
    This vibrant, pink drink will not only jazz up your morning routine but also provide you with a healthy dose of nutrients.

    Ingredients

    • 1 small beetroot (peeled and diced)
    • 1 banana
    • 100g frozen berry mix
    • Fresh piece of ginger (peeled and chopped)
    • 240ml water Juice of half a lemon A few ice cubes (optional)

    Mix it Up!

    1. Place the diced beetroot, banana, frozen berries, ginger, and lemon juice into your blender.
    2. Pour in the water and blend everything until you achieve a velvety consistency.
    3. If you like, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
