Ingredients
- 1 small beetroot (peeled and diced)
- 1 banana
- 100g frozen berry mix
- Fresh piece of ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 240ml water Juice of half a lemon A few ice cubes (optional)
Mix it Up!
- Place the diced beetroot, banana, frozen berries, ginger, and lemon juice into your blender.
- Pour in the water and blend everything until you achieve a velvety consistency.
- If you like, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
