Do you love Bliss Balls as much as I do? I prefer making them for outings or travels and enjoy them on the go. These little round balls pack a punch, being not only delicious but also healthy and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 150g soft dried fruits (e.g., dates, raisins, etc.)
- 100g nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
- Possibly some water
- Optional: Toppings like coconut flakes, chopped nuts, or cocoa powder for rolling
Instructions
- Place the dried fruits and nuts in a powerful blender or food processor and blend all ingredients at high speed until a sticky and uniform mixture forms. Add some water if the mixture is too dry.
- Shape small balls from the mixture using your hands and place them on a tray or plate. If desired, you can now roll the Bliss Balls in coconut flakes, chopped nuts, or cocoa.
- Serve & enjoy!
