Hi, I’m Franzi, the mind behind this vegan and sugar-free food blog. With the help of my friend who created this site for me, I share my love for healthy and sustainable cooking with all of you.
My journey towards a plant-based diet began over 15 years ago for ethical reasons. I wanted to make more conscious choices and contribute positively to the environment. However, I quickly discovered that a vegan diet is not only good for the environment but also offers a wealth of health benefits. After years of anorexia and a serious illness phase (brain tumor), I started delving into natural ingredients and their effects on our bodies.
The discovery of sugar-free cooking was another crucial stage in this journey. I wanted to overcome my dependence on refined sugar and provide my body with nutrient-rich alternatives. In the process, I learned how to create delicious sweet dishes using fresh fruits, dried fruits, and natural sweeteners like agave syrup or date paste, without compromising on taste.
On my blog, I share my best vegan and sugar-free recipes that are both easy to prepare and incredibly flavorful—healthy eating doesn’t have to be dull. My recipes are designed to offer you healthy options without sacrificing indulgence, and I prioritize simplicity and quick execution.
