With its intense kiwi flavor and creamy consistency, it’s not only a delight for the palate but also a true vitamin bomb. Here, I share a simple recipe with you for a Kiwi Smoothie that energizes you and pampers your body with essential nutrients.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe kiwis
- 1 banana
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk or water
- Juice of one lime
- A handful of fresh spinach
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Some buckwheat (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and cut the kiwis into pieces. Peel the banana and slice it.
- In a blender, combine the spinach, kiwi and banana pieces with the unsweetened almond milk or water, and the juice of half a lime or lemon.
- Turn on the blender and puree all the ingredients until you achieve a creamy consistency. If desired, you can add buckwheat and a few ice cubes to make the smoothie extra refreshing.
- Pour the finished Kiwi Smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
