With summer comes the delicious fruits that tempt us with their juicy taste and cheerful colors. Strawberries are undoubtedly one of the most popular summer fruits, offering not only a sweet treat but also numerous health benefits. Here’s my recipe for a Strawberry Smoothie to cool you down on hot days and delight your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 250g fresh strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 150ml plant-based milk or water
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash or peel the strawberries and banana.
- Add plant-based milk or water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
- Blend everything well until a creamy texture is achieved.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again to chill the smoothie.
- Pour the Strawberry Smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries as desired.
