Today, I’m introducing a recipe that will not only delight your taste buds but also make your body happy – a Persimmon Smoothie Bowl. This refreshing bowl is rich in vitamins and minerals and is free from added sugar.

    Ingredients

    • 2 ripe persimmons, peeled and diced (approx. 300g)
    • 1 frozen banana, sliced
    • 120ml plant-based milk (e.g., almond milk or oat milk)
    • 1 tsp chia seeds
    • A handful of nuts and seeds (for garnish)

    Instructions

    • Prepare Persimmons: Wash the persimmons and cut them into cubes.
