Stuffed Medjool Dates with Peanut Butter

    A sweet ending and a new beginning! To close out the year, we indulged in one of my favorite snacks, ushering in the new year with sweet memories and the promise of flavor and enjoyment!

    Stuffed Medjool dates with creamy peanut butter are delightful little treats and a healthy alternative to conventional sweets.

    Ingredients

    • 12 large Medjool dates, pitted
    • 100g unsweetened peanut butter
    • 50g roasted chopped peanuts
    • Optional: A few extra chopped peanuts for garnish
