Today, I’m sharing an irresistible recipe for 3-ingredient peanut butter fudge – vegan, simple, and perfect for the holidays. So grab a bowl, and let’s dive into the world of sweet desserts together!
Ingredients
- 250g natural peanut butter
- 60g melted coconut oil
- 5-6 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- Pistachios (Optional)
Instructions
1. Combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl, mixing well until a homogeneous mixture forms.
2. Pour the mixture into a parchment paper-lined mold, optionally sprinkling with pistachios.
3. Place the mold in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
4. After freezing, remove from the freezer, cut into small pieces, and enjoy!
Notes
- The fudge melts quickly, so serve it immediately after taking it out of the freezer and keep it stored there.
