Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies – The Perfect Vegan Treat

  1. Combine oats, cocoa powder, date paste, hazelnut butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well. If the dough feels too dry, gradually add plant-based milk until you achieve a moldable consistency.
  2. Divide the dough into about 12 equal portions, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts evenly over the cookies and press them in lightly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and bake for about 12–15 minutes until the cookies are firm.
  5. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
