Crispy Cauliflower Bites with Avocado Dip

Today, we’re bringing you a recipe that’s perfect for those who crave healthy yet flavorful snacks: vegan cauliflower bites. These little wonders, made from cauliflower and spices, are a true delight and prove that healthy eating can be full of flavor.

Instructions

  1. Place the cauliflower florets in a blender and pulse until it resembles rice. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chickpea flour, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to the bowl. Mix well until a moldable dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray greased with olive oil.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cauliflower bites for about 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado flesh with lemon juice, chopped coriander, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Enjoy the crispy cauliflower bites with the creamy avocado dip!
