Sweet Potato Pizza – Healthy, Delicious, and Easy

Pizza with a twist! This sweet potato pizza combines the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes with savory toppings like tomato sauce, fresh vegetables, and melted vegan cheese. The best part? Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet potato cubes in a pot of water for about 10–15 minutes, or until soft. Drain and mash into a puree using a fork or potato masher.
  2. Mix the sweet potato puree with the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and oregano. Knead the dough well until it becomes pliable. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more oat flour.
  3. Shape the dough into a round or oval crust (about 1 cm thick) on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 200 °C (390 °F) for about 15 minutes.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce over the pre-baked crust. Evenly distribute the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and vegan cheese on top.
  5. Bake the pizza for another 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the vegetables are slightly browned.
  6. Top the finished pizza with fresh basil leaves, slice it up, and enjoy!
