Pistachio Bliss Balls – The Perfect Healthy Snack

  1. Add the pistachios and oats to a blender or food processor and grind them into a fine, flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the dates, cacao powder, and vanilla extract. Blend everything together until a sticky dough forms. If the consistency is too dry, gradually add 1–2 tbsp of warm water.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and roll them into balls between your hands.
  4. Place the sesame seeds in a shallow bowl and roll the Bliss Balls in the seeds until evenly coated.
  5. Place the Bliss Balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store the Bliss Balls in an airtight container in the fridge – they’ll stay fresh for up to a week.
