Chocolate-Coconut Bliss Balls – The Perfect Healthy Snack

Not only are they delicious and packed with chocolate and coconut flavor, but they’re also healthy, as they’re completely free of refined sugar and animal products. Perfect as a quick energy boost, a sweet snack in between, or as a reward after a meal.

  3. Add the chopped dates, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract to the ground almonds and oats. Blend everything together until a sticky dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add 1–2 tbsp of warm water.
  4. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut for a nice finishing touch.
  5. Place the bliss balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store the bliss balls in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you like. They’ll stay fresh in the fridge for about a week.
